Delivery & Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second notification confirming that your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.00 within the UK.
Customs and import Duties
For orders shipped outside of the UK, please note that customs duties or local taxes may apply. Buyers are responsible for checking and covering any additional fees in their country. We are not liable for these charges.
Delayed Orders
As we work with third-party shipping services, delays that are beyond our control may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond the expected processing and shipping timeframe, please contact us at youruniversalmessage@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order.
Returns & Exchanges
As a small business utilizing a made-to-order service, all our products are uniquely created for each customer once an order has been placed. We do not hold any inventory as we work with production partners to create items as needed. Returns and exchanges are therefore not supported if an item is ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Since our products are personalized through a print-on-demand service, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange. However, in the rare case of a damaged item or manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
