Returns & Exchanges
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted.
As a small business utilizing a made-to-order service, all our products are uniquely created for each customer once an order has been placed. We do not hold any inventory as we work with production partners to create items as needed. Returns and exchanges are therefore not supported if an item is ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Since our products are personalized through a print-on-demand service, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange. However, in the rare case of a damaged item or manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
